We review the volume, product type, location and timeline, then check it against operators we’ve already vetted for quarantine, certified destruction and rework. You hear back with whether we have a fit, and who, before anything moves.
Is my recall information kept confidential?
Yes. We don’t share your company name or recall details with any operator until you approve the introduction.
Do you destroy or store the product yourselves?
No. We’re independent. We match you with the certified operator that fits your recall, and they handle the product directly, including the certificate of destruction.
What does it cost to submit?
Nothing. If we make an introduction, any fee is agreed with you in writing before the introduction happens.
What kinds of recalls do you handle?
FDA, USDA FSIS and CPSC recalls across food, beverages, supplements, OTC and pharmaceutical products, cosmetics and consumer goods. Contaminated food is routed only to irreversible end states such as incineration, never to animal feed or compost.
